“An angel of the Lord said to Philip, ‘Go south to the road, the desert road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.’ So he started out...” Acts 8:26
Many people have told me they desire to go on a mission trip but are not sure if they should go. They want to have all the answers ahead of time. Why should I go? What does God want of me? Is there a purpose? If God is prompting you to go, then follow Philip’s example by simply starting on the way. You don’t need to know why; all you need to be is willing. Once you accept that God wants to utilize you to accomplish His desires, you can rest assured He will equip you for the job and use you possibly in a way you least expect. Perhaps to share the Gospel along the way?
Prayer Focus: Father show me the way to go even if I don’t have all the answers, I know You do.
